HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-143CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of :March , 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor Berg, Coimcilmemhers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasilioii, and Zitur , The following members were absent: None Councilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 143 AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK AND ASSOCIATES, INC. WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth on September 3, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-759 entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the engineer has requested that Schedule B establishing hourly rates for professional services be revised. WHEREAS, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City of Plymouth and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. September 4, 1973 be and the same as herby amended to incorporate the new Schedule B, 1991 Rate Schedule as follows: Senior Principal Engineer $75.00 Principal Engneer 65.00 Registered Engineer 56.00 Project Engineer 50.00 Graduate Engineer 45.00 Senior Draft Person 41.25 Senior Technician 38.00 Technician 26.75 Word Processor 27.25 Clerical 21.00 The above rates will be multiplied by 1.3 for review of private developer's plans and inspection of private work to cover professional liability insurance costs and legal expense. Reproduction, Printing, Duplicating At invoice cost Out -of -Pocket expenses such as meals, lodging, stakes, telephone calls, etc. At actual cost Mileage $0.26/mile or as allowed by I.R.S. FURTHER, said new rate schedule to be effective March 1, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by �mcilmemher Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor ereof: May= Bergman Ctnmcilmemhers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
