VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
13th day of October, 1969.
The following members mere present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-364
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGEt:,OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
APPROVING THE REQUEST OF RICHARD,KITOSKI, 335 NIAGARA LANE,
FOR A VARIANCE REQUEST OF 10' 3" TO THE 15' SIDELINE REQUIREMENT.
Whereupon the motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Cour.ailman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilms Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. Said resolution was ther,fore declared duly
passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular ■seting of
the Village Council of said Village held October 13, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 17th day of October, 1969.
