Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeilar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
March , 1991. The following members were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 91-135
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A ROADWAY EASEMENT (VICKSBURG LANE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Mr. K. James Guddal has petitioned the
City Council for the vacation of the following roadway easement described as
follows:
The street and utility easement over the west 20 feet of the east
60 feet of the following described property:
The northerly 209 feet of the easterly 280 feet of the north 1/2
of the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4, Section 17, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
April 1, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
