Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
March 1991. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. Vasiliouand Zita ,

Counc'lmemb Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 131
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL
HARBOR LANE STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 912
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Alexander Construction Company, as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for Harbor Lane Storm Sewer and
Street Improvements, City Project No. 912, said agreement being dated March
14, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. That the original contract amount was $194,483.10. One
change order was approved in the amount of $17,426.84 and
the value of the work to date is $197,223.14 and is herewith
approved. This project underran the contract amount by
$14,686.80 or 6.93%.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Harbor Lane
Storm Sewer and Street Improvements, and certified to the
Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is
hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights
of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 5 and Final in the amount of
$18,723.34 to Alexander Construction Company for Harbor Lane
Storm Sewer and Street Improvements is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
