Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
March , 1991. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 130
1991 HENNEPIN COUNTY YARDWASTE REBATE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth operated a Yard Waste Dropoff site during the
year of 1990; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County provided the City of Plymouth approximately $69,000
toward the operation of this dropoff site; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County requires the City of Plymouth to dispose of its own
yard waste during 1991 and has indicated that the same funds would be
available for 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City staff is directed to provide a Yard Waste
dropoff site for the residents of the City of Plymouth similar to the 1990
operation with the addition of brush disposal and to apply to Hennepin County
for funds to support this program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CotmcilmambPr, Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. ,
Vasiliou- and Zit ur
The following voted against or abstained: None v
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
