Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 4th day -%F

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 121
APPROVING PARK AND BEACH CLOSING TIMES
WHEREAS, City Code 805.07 specifies the City Council, by resolution, to
determine the closing times of facilities, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that the closing
times of various park facilities be set forth by this resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and finds these closing times to be
appropriate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
1. East and West Medicine Lake beaches will close at 9 p.m.
2. All neighborhood parks will close at 10 p.m.
3. All community athletic playfields will close at 10:30 p.m.
4. Parkers Lake City Park will close at 11 p.m., and
further, the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to provide
appropriate signage as needed to adequately communicate these closing times to
the public.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly se=xied by
Cm mcilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
