Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the
Village Councj'_ _i the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 6th

day of October, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members
were absent: None
ii
jCouncilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
' adoption:

j RESOLUTION NO. 69-362
+j WHEREAS, Ray Go, Inc., 13500 Cty. Road #6 , Minneapolis Industrial
Park, requested a 22' waiver to the setback requirement for a sign in an
i-1 zone.
j NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
} VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ALLOWING THE RAY GO INC., 2005 E. CENTER CIRCLE, TO
i
INSTALL A SIGN ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER, OF THEIR PROPERTY THIRTY FEET FROM
sj
THEIR PROPERTY LINE.
ji The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upor, vote being taken thereon, the
! following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,

f; Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon they Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
j Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared tL, attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said
Village hold October 6, 1969, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 14th day of October, 1969.
