Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Atih day of
March, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bern,
Councilmemhera Hell;well, Ricker, Vam;lton and 2itur
The following members were absent: None

Councilmemher, Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-115
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WILLOW CREEK PARTNERS
I AND II, (90073)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for the Willow Creek Apartments located on Nathan Lane in
Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Willow Grove Addition was administratively approved
on September 5, 1990: and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $142,400; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $90,800
reduction of the cash deposit, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for the Willow Creek Apartments to a new total guarantee of
$51,600.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counnilnumikhar,Ri.cker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Beroman_ rnnnn_41m. Nmh. .
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
