Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of
March,, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergpan,-
Counnilmw�mi�era Helliwell, Riker, Vaailiou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-110
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR ROBERT GERSBACH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE EAST SIDE OF HARBOR LANE AND
7TH AVENUE NORTH (90110)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variance for Robert
Gersbach located at the east side of Harbor Lane and 7th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to recording
of lot division with Hennepin County.
3. No building permit is to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with
Hennepin County.
4. Approved variances are
a. Lot width of 50 feet at the front setback line for Parcel B versus
the ordinance standard 110 feet
b. Approval is based on compliance with the variance criteria of the
Subdivision Ordinance.
5. No other variances are granted or implied for any of the parcels.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: May era
Helliwell, R_icker,, Vaailiou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
