Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lth day of
March, 1991_ The following members were present: J�yor Berger
CouncitM.mhers Helliwell,, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-109
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCE FOR ROBERT GERSBACH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE EAST SIDE OF HARBOR LANE AND 7TH AVENUE NORTH (90110)
WHEREAS, Robert Gersbach has requested approval for a lot division and
variance for the creation of two lots located at the east side of Harbor Lane
and 7th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
and variance for Robert Gersbach for property located at the east side of
Harbor Lane and 7th Avenue North.
Lot 7, Block 1 Glen Glove Acres.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
The south 110.00 feet of the west 170.00 feet, as measured along the
south and west lines thereof, of Lot 7, Block 1, Glen Grove Acres.
Lot 7, Block 1, except the south 110.00 feet of the west 170.00 feet as
measured along the south and west lines thereof, Glen Grove Acres.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmembar Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _mayor Berglp, Council
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
