Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of
March. 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman"
Counci�±�•ers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-107
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY. LOT CONSOLIDATION IN
THE PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK (91009)
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval for a lot consolidation
for the creation of located in the Plymouth Office Commercial Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
consolidation for Trammell Crow Company for property located in the Plymouth
Office Commercial Park.
Lot 1, Block 2 Plymouth Office Commercial Park
Lot 2, Block 2 Plymouth Office Commercial Park
Lot 3, Block 2 Plymouth Office Commercial Park
Lot 4, Block 2 Plymouth Office Commercial Park
Lot 5, Block 2 Plymouth Office Commercial Park
Lot 6, Block 2 Plymouth Office Commercial Park
Lot 7, Block 2 Plymouth Office Commercial Park
Lot 1, Block 3 Plymouth Office Commercial Park

To be consolidated into two new parcels as follows:

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_ co nai mamhar Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor aory�a, Couneilmaa�Uera
Hell..wel" Rinker,yaailicu, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
