requested to place two 8'x12' signs advertising their proposed development.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ?TEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
{j VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CIkCLE STAR
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY rO INSTALL TWO 8' x 12' SIGNS: ONE TO BE PLACED AT THE

SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FERNBROOK LANE AND STATE HIGW..#AY #55 AND THE OTTER AT THE
Ij SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NIAGARA LANE AND STATE HIGHWAY #55.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

'II seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Johnson,

I' and Kindseth. Councilman Hintz abstained. No one voted against.

i! WHEREUPON the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
