Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of March
1991. The following members were present: Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur. Ricker. ,
and Helliwell: Mayor Berman

introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 91-102
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, BASS LAKE HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain utility and drainage easements in
Lot 1, Block 2, Bass Lake Hills; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vac. -tion was scheduled for February 25,
1991 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of February 25, 1991; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on February 25, 1991 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a utility and drainage easement in
Lot 1, Block 2 in Bass Lake Hills Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following utility and drainage easement be vacated:
The east four feet of the westerly ten foot drainage and utility easement
excepting therefrom the north ten feet and south six feet thereof, Lot 1,
Block 2, Bass Lake Hills Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cotmcilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur. Ricker and Helliwell and Mayor ,
Bergman
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
