HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-099CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and i.otice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of February, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The following members were absent: None Counc:ilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution anc, moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-99 WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a temporary 3.2 liquor license from St. Mary of the Lake Church for a Fun and Games night on February 23, '_>91, and WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been received. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a temporary 3.2 liquor license is hereby issued for St. Mary of the Lake Church, 105 North Forestview Lane, for February 23, 1991. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CounCIJAMMbsr VasiliQu, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Bergman,_ Cn»nnilmmbers Helliwell, Ricket, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The following voted against or abstained: None Thereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
