Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
4th day of February, 1991. The following members were present:
Mayor HergMan, Councilmambers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and
Zitur. The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-98
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a taxi driver
license from George Daniel Scott; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted all required
inspections and investigations and recommends approval of the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a taxi driver license is hereby issued to George
Daniel Scott for the period of February 5, 1991, through December
31, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmembar Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Harte
Counci rs Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
