Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
February1991. The following members were present: ,
ayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-93
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A ROADWAY EASEMENT (WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE) DOCUMENT NO. 5516228
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, William A. Penk for C.S.M. Corporation
has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following roadway
easement (West Medicine Lake Drive) Document No. 5516228 described as follows:
All that part of the roadway easement (West Medicine Lake Drive)
deeded to the City of Plymouth by the State of Minnesota and
recorded as Document No. 5516228 adjacent to the west plat line of
Bass Lake Hills and Heritage Woods Estates Second Addition from
the northwest corner of Bass Lake Hills Addition southerly to the
north property line extended westerly of Lot 19, Block 2 Heritage
Woods Estates Second Addition.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 25, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coimciimemher VaSiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: tk or Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
