The following members were present: Cou_ncilme+n ers Helliwell, Ricker Vasiliou, Zitur,_ayor. Berym LU The following members were absent: None r.'r-'i1 Councilme_mber Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-88 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR STAR LIQUORS, INC. WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -same intoxicating liquor license from Star Liquors, Inc., for the premises at 4190 Vinewood Lane; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to deny the license; and WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -sale intoxicating license is hereby approved for Star Liquors, Inc., 4190 Vinewood Lane, for the period February 4, 1991, through January 31, 1992. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, Zitur, and Mayor Bergman The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
