Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day
of January 1991. The following were present:
Mayor ergman, ouncilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou.
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember VasiliOUintroduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 86
APPROVING THE CLOSING OF PROJECTS AND TRANSFER OF
REMAINING CONSTRUCTION FUNDS TO CORRESPONDING DEBT SERVICE FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the construction of various projects,
and
WHEREAS, financing has been provided through the sale of bonds and interfund
transfers, and
WHEREAS, it is sound financial management to transfer the remaining
construction funds to the respective debt service funds and original financing
funds for projects that are completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Project V a 416, 431, 517, 561, 615, 625, 648, 704,
720, 750, 763, 801, 813, 814, 817, 833, 834 and 905 be closed and all
remaining construction funds be transferred to the corresponding Debt Service
Funds and original financing funds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
