Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day
of January 1991. The following were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitir
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-84
APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR FIRE STATION NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the remodeling of Fire Station No.
2, and
WHEREAS, the City has received two quotations to provide architectural
services for this project:
1. Delano Erickson Architects $4,400
2. PM Design 1,750. and
WHEREAS, PM Design is the lowest quotation for said services, and
WHEREAS, financing has been provided for these costs;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that PM Design be awarded the architectural services
contract for remodeling Fire Station No. 2, for $1,750.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon. the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. and
Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
