call and notice thereof, a
special
meeting of the
City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on
28th day of

following
members were
present: Mayor Bergman,
Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, and
Vasiliou .
The following manbers were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 82
APPROVING 1991 PARK FACILITY RENTAL POLICIES
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of the
1991 facility rental policies and fee schedule, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of said park rental policies and fee schedule,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1991 park rental policies as submitted in a memo
dated January 24, from the Director of Parks and Recreation, are hereby
approved for 1991.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
and Vasiliou
