Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetir. of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th
day of January , 1991. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou

Counr_ilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

APPROVING DIFOR THE PERIOD
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1990
WHMM4S, A list of disbursements for the period ending Dec. 31, 1990 was
presented to the City Council for approval;

PLY143lilii, IMMESOTFL, that the payment of the list of disbursements of the
following funds is approved:
First Bank - Plymouth Office
General $ 1,346,924.99
Construction & Debt Service $ 1,727,580.44
utilities $ 107,544.18
Firstar/Metro Bank - Plymouth Office
Housing & Redevelopment Authority $ 14,186.36
SND TOTAL FOR ALL F[ W $ 3,196,235.97
The motion for the adontion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Counci lmembers flel l iwel l ,
Ricker_ and Vacilinu 11

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
