HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-078CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of January, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergmm, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-78 SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION FOR STAR LIQUORS, INC. AREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from Star Liquors, Inc., 4190 Vinewood Lane; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is required for the issuance of a new liquor license. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00 p.m. on February 4, 1991, to consider the application of Star Liquors, Inc., for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license at 4190 Vinewood Lane. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hers, Co re Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
