HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-077CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of January, 1991. The following members were present: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, Mayor Bergman The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-77 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE PERIOD FEBRUARY 1, 1991 TO JANUARY 31, 1992 WHEREAS, the City has received an application for renewal of an off -sale intoxicating liquor license for the period February 1, 1991, through January 31, 1992; from Kenny's Inc., 12 Nathan Lane North; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation of the application and found no reason to recommend denial, and WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -sale int-:xicating liquor license is hereby granted to Kenny's Liquors, Inc., 12 Nathan Lane North, for the period February 1, 1991, through January 31, 1992. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell. The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
