HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-076CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of Januarys 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergm=, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-76 APPROVING ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES WITH CONDITIONS FOR THE PERIOD FEBRUARY 1, 1991 TO JANUARY 31, 1992 WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of on - sale and Sunday liquor licenses for the period February 1, 1991, through January 31, 1992, from Fun Foods Ltd. Inc., d/b/a J.P. Mulligans, 3005 Harbor Lane; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation of the application and found no reason to recommend denial, and WHEREAS, the certificate of insurance for liquor liability has not been provided. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor licenses are hereby granted to Fun Foods Ltd. Inc., d/b/a J.P. Mulligans, 3005 Harbor Lane North, for the period February 1, 1991, through January 31, 1992, with the condition that a certificate of liquor liability insurance coverage shall be provided to the City Clerk by January 31, 1991. If the certificate of insurance is not submitted by January 31, the license renewal is not effective. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berms, Cou_ncilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: Nona Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
