HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-074CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of January 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 74 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 5TH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 715 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition submitted by Trammell Crow Company requesting the improvements of Annapolis Lane, 34th Avenue and 35th Avenue cul-de-sac by the installation of sanitary lateral service, watermain lateral and services, street, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, and all necessary appurtenances filed with the Council on January 28, 1991 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petitioner has waived his rights to public improvement hearings and special assessment hearings on this project. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. , and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
