HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-072CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of January , 1991. The following members were present: Mayor BerUman, Councilmembers Helliwell, , Ricker, and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-72 REVISING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT COUNTY ROAD 6 COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8642 FERNBROOK LANE TO COUNTY ROAD 101 CITY PROJECT NO. 829 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 90-218, the City Council approved the revised construction cooperative agreement for the improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 6 from Fernbrook Lane to County State Aid Highway No. 101, which increased the City's estimated cost share from $943,942.40 to $1,221,785.06 due to an error in the original agreement; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-218 increased the City's available funding the this project to $1,280,000; and WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 2 would add one new 16 inch water gate valve and salvage the existing valve; and WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 3 would add cork expansion joint material to the face of all concrete retaining walls, which are faced with grouted field stone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Supplement Agreements No. 2 and No. 3 for County Project No. 8642 and City Project No. 829 are approved and the City's estimated cost share, as contained within the agreement, is revised from $1,221,785.06 to $1,227,105.06. Revised per Resolution No. 90-218 City's estimated cost share $1,221,875.06 Supplemental Agreement No. 2 2,200.00 Supplemental Agreement No. 3 3,120.00 Revised City Cost Share $1,227,105.06 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker—,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergmn, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
