Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of Januar
r
1991. The following members were present: MayoBergman, Councilmembers Hel
Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-71
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PRODUCTION WELL NO. 13
CITY PROJECT NO. 013
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Extension of contract time due to unstable formation conditions and the
addition of a 24 inch casing and 18 inch liner.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Production Well No. 13, City Project No. 013 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for Production Well No. 13, City Project No. 013 by
adding $12,255 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $132,180.00
Previous Change Orders - ADD 3,037.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 12,255.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$147,472.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
