Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a aRecial meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 78th day of
January, 1991. The following members were present: _mayor Berg.
Couneilmmmhara Hell well Ricker, and Vasilion
The following members were absent: - r Zitur
Councilintroduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-59a
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
CONSOLIDATION FOR EDWARD & CHARLENE BUBLITZ (91001)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation for Edward &
Charlene Bublitz located at 2385 Nest Medicine Lake Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
3. No building permit is to be issued until the lot consolidation is filed
with Hennepin County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing with
Hennepin County.
5. No variances are approved or implied with this lot consolidation.
6. Removal of the accessory "shed" prior to recording of the resolution to
combine the parcels.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Bergman_ cnunnilmamhmr.
The following voted against or abstainsd_�ane
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
