Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28t day of
January, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Ber Mn.

The following members were absent: Counci memhor Z;tu
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-58
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT, INC./JAMES DEVELOPMENT (90095)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located west of County Road 101, approximately one-quarter mile north of
County Road 24 from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to R -1A (Low
Density Single Family Residential) District in conjunction with approval of
the Preliminary Plat for Builders Development, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Builders Development, Inc. to be filed with Hennepin County and the contract
for public water and sewer to the site be awarded prior to the publication of
said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolutio: was duly seconded
by Councilmem%ar Van! liou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergmay7, Counci�+�•*+ rs
Helliwall, Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
