HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-055Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of January, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou. The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Mayor Bergman.. ___.---- introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-55 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RECYCLING COLLECTION FEES WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code, Subsection 600.25, subdivision 2, authorizes the City Council to establish a fee for recycling collection services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The monthly fee for recycling collection services is $1.00 per dwelling unit or property to which recycling collection services are made available by the City. 2. This Resolution is effective immediately for all services rendered beginning January 1, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
