Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
3th day of January , 1991. The following members were
present: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur,Denuty Mayor
Vasiliou The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-41
DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1991
WHEREAS, Section 200.03 (3) of the Plymouth City Code provides
that the Council shall designate the official newspaper for the
City of Plymouth.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that the Plymouth Sailor is hereby designated as the
official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for the year 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmamber Zitur , and uptn vote
being taken ereon, the following voted n avor thereof:
The following voted against or abstained: NQ
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed
