Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
Januar 1991. The following were present:_ Councilmemberc_ HelliwPll^
-Ricker�iou, and Zitur
The following manbers were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHEREAS, City Council menbers drive their personal vehicles conducting City
business; and
WHERM, the City Council proposes to reimburse for these expenses; and
WHEREAS, funds have been provided within the 1991 Budget for this purpose;
NOW, T MUMIORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a $50 per month mileage allowance be provided to all
City Council menbers effective January 1, 1991.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: ouponuncilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
