Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
It.h day of January, 1991. The following members were present:
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur, Deputy Mayor Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-36
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR
LICENSES FOR THE PERIOD
FEBRUARY 1, 1991 TO JANUARY 31, 1992
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of off -
sale intoxicating liquor licenses for the period February 1,
1991, through January 31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation of
each application and found no reason to recommend denial, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have
been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that off -sale intoxicating liquor licenses are hereby
granted to the following for the period February 1, 1991, through
January 31, 1992:
Plymouth Liquors Inc. Dee's Liquor Inc.
11000 Highway 55 4000 Annapolis Lane
Gaulrapp's Liquor Inc.
3435 Highway 169
Four Seasons Liquors Inc.
4232 Lancaster Lane
Ashbeck-Guth Inc.
15705 35th Avenue North
Applebaum Companies, Inc.
10200 6th Avenue North
Party Mart Liquor Inc.
18425 Highway 55
Michael P. Gallagher
11331 Highway 55
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
