Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
1±.h day of January, 1991. The following members were present:
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur, De- ty Mayoryasiliou
The following members were absent: mayor Bergman
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-35
APPROVING NINE
LICENSES FOR THE PERIOD
FEBRUARY 1, 1991 TO JANUARY 31, 1992
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of wine
licenses for the period February 1, 1991, through January 31,
1992; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation of
each application and found no reason to recommend denial, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have
been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that wine licenses are hereby granted to the following
for the period February 1, 1991, through January 31, 1992:
Chin Yuen Restaurant Inc.
10820 Highway 55
Michael J. Latuff
11333 Highway 55
Marcello's Inc.
4112 Lancaster Lane
Jien Fung Inc.
10100 6th Avenue North
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell.
Ricker, Zitur. Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
