Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
7th day of January, 1991. The following members were present:
Counr_i 1 members Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur, DgRuty Mayor Vasil : nv+
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-33
APPROVING ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR
LICENSES FOR THE PERIOD
FEBRUARY 1, 1991 TO JANUARY 31, 1992
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of on -
sale and Sunday liquor licenses for the period February 1, 1991,
through January 31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation of
each application and found no reason to recommend denial, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have
been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
Plymouth that on -sale and Sunday
hereby granted to the following
through January 31, 1992:
Scanticon-Minneapolis, Inc.
3131 Campus Drive
Larken, Inc.
3000 Harbor Lane
the City Council of the City of
intoxicating liquor licenses are
for the period February 1, 1991,
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember, Zitur, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell,
Ricker, Zitur, Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None _
