Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, MinnesaLa was held on the 7th day of
January ; 1991. The following members were present: ,
Councilmembers Helliwell, picker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-29
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 6
CITY PR03ECT NO. 825
FIRE STATION NO. 1
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 6, dated December 20, 1990, for Palani
Construction, Inc. has been prepared by Trossen-Wright Architects and payment
is recommended;
WHEREAS, the payment requires City Council approval since it is recommended
that the ret-inage be reduced to $10,400, which is less than 5% of the
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on Request for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $60,468.70 to Palani
Construction, Inc. for Project No. 825.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Councilmemherc Helliwpll. RirkPr- VaSilinu- ,
The following voted against or abstained: Nnna
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
