HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-028CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of January 1991. The following members were present: , Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur , The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman Councilmember Ricker its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 91- 28 AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 931 WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 3, dated December 19, 1990 for Barber Construction Company, has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. and payment is recommended; and WHEREAS, the payment requires City Council approval since it is recommended that the retainage be reduced to 2% for City Project No. 931. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $24,593.17 to Barber Construction Company for City Project No. 931. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou. , and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: _ NOne Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
