HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-026CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of Jani,ary , 1991. The following members were present: Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. , Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-26 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 1990 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM CITY PROJECT NO. 001 WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following: 1. Grade correction at 26th Avenue North and Olive Lane; raise catch basins at 26th Avenue North and Highway 101; bituminous curb and connection at Shadyview Lane and Shadyview Lane. 2. Miscellaneous gate valve box repair 3. Hydrant relocation at Lancaster Lane and East Medicine Lake Boulevard. 4. Insulation of existing sewer and water services on Lancaster Lane between East Medicine Lake Boulevard and 21st Avenue North and existing watermain on Nathan Lane at culvert crossing. 5. Raise existing hydrant on Lancaster Lane and 24th Avenue North 6. 6" x 6" posts installed at drainage ditch on Nathan Lane. 7. Replace broken catch basin casting curb box at 39th Avenue North and Revere Lane. AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the 1990 Street Reconstruction Program, City Project No. 001 is recommended for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for the 1990 Street Reconstruction Program, City Project No. 001 by adding $12,154.20 is recommended for approval Original Contract Amount $1,868,233.05 Previous Change Orders - ADD 15,670.00 THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 12,154.20 REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $1,896,057.25 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
