Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of January ,
1991. The following members were present: Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-25
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PRODUCTION WELL NO. 13
CITY PROJECT NO. 013
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Removal of existing earthen berm. Additional water quality sampling and
testing.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Production Well No. 13, City Project No. 013 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Production Well No. 13, City Project No. 013 by
adding $3,037.50 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $132,180.00

REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$135,217.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dv.ly passed and adopted.
