Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
January , 1991. The following members were present:
Councilmembers _Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur '
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 14
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
1991 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 102
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared
for the third year of the annual Street Reconstruction Program; as identified
in the Pavement Management Study dated December 12, 1989; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared and was presented
to the City Council at their January 7, 1991 Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to have the Assessment Committee review the
report prior to holding a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFO+', BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, M1.tiESOTA: The Preliminary Engineering Report for City Project No.
102 be referred to the Assessment Committee for their review and
recommendations prior to ordering the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
