Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
January, 199_ The following members were present:

and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-11
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
CCoW-INITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT YEAR XV
GLACIER MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION SCATTERED SITE HOUSE
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Work required for compliance with the State Electrical Code.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Community Development Black Grant Year XV
Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition Scattered Site House is recowmende1 !ci approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O!
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 2 for the Community Development
Block Grant Year XV Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition Scattered Site House adding
$3,053 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $80,636
Previous Change Orders 3,053
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO 2 - ADD 230
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT . . . . . . . . . . $83,919
FURTHER, that the funds shall be repaid in full from the sale of the house on
Lot 1, Block 1, Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
bitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell --Bicker. Zitur_ Vaniliou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
