Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
January , 19_91 The following members were present:

Co nniiMen iar Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-10
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT YEAR XV
GLACIER MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION SCATTERED SITE HOUSE
WHEREAS, a house is under construction at 1530 Glacier Lane responsive to City
Council Resolutions 90-752 (Author' -zing Temporary Funding) and 90-751
(Awarding the Construction Contract); and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Sanitary sewer service line extension and soils correction.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Community Development Block Grant Year XV
Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition Scattered Site House is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for the Community Development
Block Grant Year XV Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition Scattered Site House adding
$3,053 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $80,636
Previous Change Orders
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO 1 - ADD 3,053
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT . . . . . . . . . . $83,689
FURTHER, that the funds shall be repaid in full from the sale of the house on
Lot 1, Block 1, Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Ceu_ncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor. thereof: Hal'_iwall, Zitur, Ricker, Vaailiou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
