Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
JHnuarv, 199_ The following members were present:
Councilmember Helliwell, Zitur, Ricker, Deputy Mayor Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Bergmann
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-8
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND REGARDING LOT
CONSOLIDATION FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA ADDITION (91003)
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved a lot consolidation for property
located in Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said lot consolidation:
1. Compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of Resolutions 90-233
and 90-234.
2. No Zoning Ordinance variances are granted or implied.
3. No building permit to be issued until the lot consolidation is filed with
Hennepin County.
4. All required easements shall be provided prior to recording of the
resolution approving the consolidation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_Cauncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell Ricker Vaailieu, Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
