Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
January_, 19__gj,_ The following members were present:

The following members were absent: Mayor Berriman
C ounnilmenibar Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-7
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA ADDITION (91003)
WHEREAS, Ryan Construction Company has requested approval for a lot
consolidation of platted property for the creation of one lot, for property
located in Block 2 of the Rockford Road Plaza Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following
consolidation:
Lot 1, Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza
Lot 2, Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza
To be consolidated into a single new parcel;
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C-un—ilmsMbAX Z{tur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur, Vasiliou
