Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Ith day of
January,, 1991. The following members were present: CounnilmmnhavA Wa114wali
Ricker. Vasiliou_ and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Bercman
Councilmember RiQker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-5
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR SELECT METALS
INDUSTRIES (88100)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Select Metals Industries located at 14920 27th Avenue
North was approved under City Council Resolution 89-286; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a performance bond in the amount of $114,700; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the Performance Bond No. 2251-47-050367-C in the amount of $114,700, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Select Metals Industries to
$11,292.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by__ Counnflmwnher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Cou_nci mem ers Helliwells Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
