HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-004CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11h day of January. 1991. The following members were present: Co nciera Rell;wall= Ricker, Vasil+ou, and Zit— The following members were absent: Maxtor Bergman Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 91-4 AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR CSM CORPORATION (88060) WHER.WLS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for the Bass Lake Hills Subdivision by Resolution 89-291 on June 5, 1990; and, WHERAS, the Development Contract provided for a tree preservation plan regarding the preservation of trees on new development sites; and, WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $15,000 to secure execution of the tree perservation plan that was approved; and, WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the tree preservation plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize and direct the release of the financial guarantee for tree preservation for the Bass Lake Hills Subdivision in the amount of $15,000. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Co +n i lmrrmY�er Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, yAa- l jnU and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
