Pursuant to due call ana notice thereof, a special meeting of the

' Village Council cof the Village of Plymouth was held on the lst day of

'i October, 1969, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Beacon Heights Elementary

School, 12315 Highway #55. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Hwmphrey_and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Johnson.

i Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING
j� THE ASSESSMENT.FOR

STREET LIGATING.IN PLYMOUTH MANOR _
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an 'assessment

€({I hearing was held on the lst day of October, 1969, `relating to street lighting
Ii costs for Plymouth Manor and,
WHEREAS., all persons present desiring to be heard were heard and.theit.

objections, if any, were noted

MOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

} VILLAGE OF PLIAInUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
} "l, The Acting Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village
Treasurer heretofore selected by this council for such purpose,
calculated the proper amounts to be specially assessed for street-
lighting in Plymouth Manor against every assessable lot, piece er
t parcel of land, in accordance with the provisions of law,: and has'.
livepared and filed in his office tabulated statements in duplicate'
showing the proper description of each and every lot, piece or
parcel of laM to be specially assessed in the amount calculated
against the same,
2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council
would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass`on.the
proposed assessment.
!� 3. The proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open
to inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an opportuni
has been given to all interested persons to present their objections„
I�}} if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and no
i1 objections have been filed.
I 4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited
by the construction of such street lighting.

s in the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the descriptioi
of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount 1n
hereby levied and assessed,
5. Such Proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
soma'fixed and the sums fixed and named in. said proposed assessment

with the changes and alterations.hereinabove made are affirmed, adepti
' and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
jj 6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon
be and constitute the special assessment for street lighting costs
for Plymouth Manor.
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at
the rate of zero percent per annum.
8. Such assessments shall be payable in one equal annual installments
payable on the 1st day of January in each year, 'beginning in the
j year 1970, and continuing until all of said installments shall have
been paid, each installment, to be collected with taxes collectable
f during said year by the County Auditor. To the first installment
shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date
hereof .to December 31, 1969. To each subsequent installment shall
be added interest for one year on all unpaid basstallments.
Ij 9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the
office of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement
of the amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount which
will be due thereon the 1st day ;of January in each year.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being -
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
fi Hintz, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
I Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I,'the undersigned being the -duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that T have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held October 1, 196'9,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 6th day of October, 1969.
