EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
'illage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heli on the 1st
day of October, 1969, commencing at 7:30 P.M. at the Beacon Heights Elementary

School, 12315 Highway 055. The following membeii were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Johnson.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-349

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING
I WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARGES

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.271, M.S.A., the Weed
i
Inspector of the Village of Plymouth has caused the destruction and eradicati
of noxious weeds on certain lands within said Village and,
WHEREAS, the affected property owners were served with the, proper notices
and verified and Itemized statenients of the cost of all services rendered in
connection with such destruction and eradication have properly submitted
and filed all as provided by law and,
j WHEREAS„ attached hereto is a statement of such expenses against the

lands in question, which expenses are to be entered as a tax upon such land.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That such statement of expenses of eradication and destructlir• of
noxious weeds against each of the lands set out in such statement
is hereby confirmed and certified to be true and correct.
2. That the Village Treasurer is directed to deliver a copy of such
statement together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to
the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as provided by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hintz, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

Village council of said Village held October 1, 1969, with the original
ii thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
