i} Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
i4 Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was herd on the 1st

day of October, 1969, commencing at 7:30 P.M. at the Bercon Heights Elementary
I+ School, 12315 Highway #55. The following ambers were present: Mayor Hilde,

Councilmen Hintz,'Humphrer and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
!i Councilman Johnson.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

i A RES9LUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING
D$LINQUENT SANITARY SEWER CHARGES
` WHEREAS, pursuant to.the provisions of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter
VIII, Section 8.02 of the Village Code of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
a determination has;been made that certain charges for sanitary sewer aervice
C have not been paid as provided by law and-
WHEREAS, attached hereto is,a statement of all such delinquent accounts
relating to specific properties within said Village with interest at the rate
of 8%,
NOW, THEREFORE U IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
I VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That such statement of delinquent sanitary sewer accounts is hereby
confirmed and certified to be true and correct.
2. That the Village Treasurer, is directed to deliver a eopy'of such
s statement together with a certified copy of this Resolution to.
the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as provided by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being

taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hintz, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed -and 'adopted.

cript therefrom.
