EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
E PL'MOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st
y+ day of October, 1969, commencing at 7:30 P.M. at the Beacon Heights Elementary

i' School, 12315 Highway #55.
'E The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Councilman Johnson.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-347
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING
DELINQUENT WATER CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter
VIII, Section 8.02 of the Village Code of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
a determination has been made that certain charges for water service have
not been paid as provided by law and,
WHEREAS, attached hereto is a statement of all such delinquent accounts
relating to specific properties within said Village with interest at the rate
of 8%,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAG.1
OF PL`Z11OUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That such ,statement -of delinquent water accounts is hereby con_irmed
and certified to be true and correct.
2. That the Village Treasurer is directed to deliver a coPe of su�.h
statement together with a certified copy of this Resolution to the
Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as provided by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen
Mintz, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
